Reports directly to the Director, Environment and Project Development. This job will be responsible for developing and maintaining research and reporting required for the Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) and other projects as needed. The reports will include environmental information, project scheduling, cost control, and Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) required reporting for the agency capital infrastructure projects. Reporting for the high capacity transit planning and NEPA environmental studies to ensure adherence to ensure the completion of the NEPA.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration, Business, or related field. Relevant experience may be substituted on a year for year basis up to four years.
•Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in reporting environmental data to NEPA or other government agencies with reporting requirements.
•Experience preparing financial statements and property management reports; and using a database language and creating database objects and queries.
•Experience as a project analyst in a related field with strong understanding in project management and data analysis.
