Coordinator, Demand Response Scheduling and Service Planning

The Coordinator, Demand Response Scheduling and Service Planning reports directly to the Supervisor, Demand Response Control Center. The coordinator position is responsible for service demand evaluation, development of vehicle operator and fleet schedules (mark-up), evaluation of service provider performance deficiencies, and use of software tools to test potential service change solutions to ensure quality, efficiency, safe, and effective service delivery. The coordinator position is considered back up to the Supervisor, Demand Response Control Center. The coordinator position must be able to perform the job duties of the Demand Response Control Center Service Coordinator III position.
WHAT YOU BRING
•High school diploma or GED required.
•Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a demand response dispatcher or related field required.
•Experience in demand response pre and same-day scheduling required.
•Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

PAY RANGE - 56,540.00 - 70,675.00 - SALARY
