Job Summary: The Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA) will be responsible for providing services related to the delivery of mental health care to assigned clients in the community, office or school setting. The therapist provides direct counseling services to include intake assessment, individual/family/group therapy, case management and crisis intervention and 90 day assessments/updates to all assigned clients. Therapist will provide consultation for treatment team and community partners as needed. Therapist will maintain 55% face to face billable hours and provide complete and timely documentation according to agency guidelines. Therapist will maintain regular contact with the parent/guardian of each client. Integral care uses a computerized medical records system. Applicants must have strong computer skills.
Must possess a strong knowledge of the common diagnoses and treatment for school-aged children and possess the skills necessary to facilitate positive change for clients and families.
- Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
- Current and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
- Bilingual in Spanish
Salary: $55,602 - $63,616 annually, depending on licensed experience.
