    Job Summary: The Contract Manager performs highly complex local authority contracting, technical assistance and training, customer service and quality assurance work ensuring that the services provided by various external provider networks to Integral Care are of the highest quality, best value and meet the performance expectations specified in the contracts.  Duties include data collection, data entry, and analysis in order to ensure and evaluate effective service delivery, ongoing contact and coordination with staff at partnering agencies, and preparation of reports to oversight agencies. This position works under the general supervision of the Provider Network Authority Officer but in close collaboration with the HCC Program and Families with Voices Program (FWV) Directors, with high latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. 

    FWV and HCC are programs led by Integral Care in partnership with other organizations designed to expand housing options and provide an array of support services for individuals and their families in Travis County who are experiencing chronic homelessness accompanied by significant behavioral health, medical, and/or substance abuse issues. 



    • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. 


    • Master's degree



    • Current and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record. 



    • Five years' experience in behavioral health services, including experience in quality assurance activities, service delivery evaluation, and developing and coordinating contracted services

    Hours: varies

    Salary:  $60,055 annually.
