Job Summary: The Bilingual Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) will be able to provide services related to the delivery of Intensive Case Management and Wrap Around services to assigned clients. Duties will include; providing direct community based intensive case management to youth with Serious Emotional Disturbances utilizing Wrap Around. These services may be provided in a variety of settings including but not limited to: home, school, and other community based settings identified by the parent and youth. The goal of services is to reduce symptoms, improve daily functioning, emotional well-being, and develop community connections to support recovery. The QMHP will be responsible for meeting face to face billable hour requirements as well as maintaining the Wrap Plan and other treatment related documentation. Must possess a strong knowledge of the common diagnoses and treatment for school-aged children and possess the skills necessary to facilitate positive change.
Required: Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
Preferred: Master's degree
- Current and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm
Salary: Starting Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) salary is at $38,479-$40,739 based on education, but internal applicants are subject to Integral Care's QMHP career ladder. Upon successfully passing our agency bilingual exam, an added annual bilingual pay up to $3,730 would apply.
