The Project Manager of Project Connect reports directly to EVP, Chief Experience and Engagement Officer. This position is responsible for the management of marketing and communication activities for Project Connect, and coordinating complex projects with multiple Capital Metro departments, marketing contractors and jurisdictional authorities. This position will be the responsible for the initiation of projects and ongoing programs, creating and maintaining integrated project plans, oversight of plan execution, monitoring of budgets, timelines, and milestones. This position will work with stakeholders from diverse disciplines to deliver marketing and communication projects and products to advance the work of Capital Metro, Project Connect and Austin Transit Partnership (ATP).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Work with key stakeholders within Capital Metro, ATP and their contractors to manage marketing and communication projects in support of Project Connect.
•Embedded within Project Connect and ATP as the representative of the Capital Metro Marketing and Communication department, attending meetings, ensuring goal alignment, defining marketing tasks to reach those goals, and providing presentations and progress reports.
•Coordinate projects with MarCom leadership. Discuss Project Connect and ATP goals and objectives with the marketing team and marketing contractors. Define products and services to be provided, assist in scheduling and ensure project timelines are met. Act as subject matter expert on Project Connect within the MarCom department.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
•Five (5) years relevant experience in marketing, design, and/or communications.
•Demonstrated experience in successfully managing large, complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
•Experience using MS Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other graphic software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
•Experience in Monday.com or other project scheduling tools preferred.
