Reporting to the Manager of Traditional and Digital Marketing, this position works directly with the Front-End Developer/Designer to create and analyze content in the context of the website user experience. The role is responsible for collaborating with cross-departmental stakeholders to gather information about services and initiatives and coordinate the content for the CapMetro.org website and various customer communication touchpoints. This position works as part of the Marketing Communications (MarCom) content team and maintains the editorial calendar for this group. Additionally, this position is responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of content on Capital Metro’s emerging customer touchpoints, including the CapMetro App, e-paper signage, email marketing, MetroAlerts and new channels as they emerge.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism or related field. Related experience may be substituted on a year for year basis, up to four (4) years.
•Minimum 4 (four) years progressively responsible professional experience in digital content creation and storytelling; preferable experience with search engine optimization and user experience content writing, content management and digital marketing.
•Proven storytelling, writing and editing skills.
SALARY RANGE - 56,760.00 - 70,950.00 - ANNUALLY
