The Equity Chair Part 2 workshop is designed to help participants take active roles as inclusive leaders in order to engage board members in diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and values. This training is focused on understanding the characteristics of an inclusive leader and how to create cultural shifts on your board through your leadership. 

Main topics include:
• racial equity and why it matters

• navigating majority culture

• leaving your legacy on a board, etc. 

At the end of this workshop, participants will have a better understanding and knowledge base as to how to better serve on boards and continue to support our mission as new philanthropists.
