Each class is 40-45 min long and structured for the perfect dose of a fitness that the adults and kids need every day. Suitable for all skills levels and ages. No prior dance or yoga experience needed!
Yoga class is every Tuesday 7:00 PM, all other days is Bollywood Workout with cardio, core focus & exercises for flexibility and balance. Classes will provide Vinyasa Flow to follow along focusing on one body part at a time to get you feeling rejuvenated and energized.
Bollywood workout classes will present fun choreography on 4-5 dance songs along with a warm-up, fitness routines for specific parts of your body & cool down with stretches.
