    Event Description:

    Our gathering this month will feature Preeti Bhat, owner of Mind Body Yoga School. The school offers a variety of yoga classes, wellness workshops in several modalities, and teacher training certifications. Preeti will be sharing tools for understanding how the body responds to life stressors, how to de-stress the body and incorporate wellness and balance in our busy lives.

    Preeti conducts corporate wellness programs, coaches senior leaders and business owners on maintaining wellness, and teaches cardiac patients  mindfulness practices for stress management. She has written articles on wellbeing, yoga and meditation for weight loss and anxiety and is authoring a book on wellness, aging and leadership.

    Preeti is also a director for IllustroTech, working with non-profits for executive search mandates and technology assessment. She is the VP of Programs for both Austin Women in Technology and AHRMA. She has two kids and a very supporting husband.

    A vegetarian lunch will be served at this event so please register by January 30 so we have enough food for everyone. This club is for our women entrepreneurs to learn from, network with and support each other. You have to be a member or invited by one to attend.
